نا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ الْعَابِدِيُّ نا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ وَقَضَى بِهَا عَلِيٌّ ؓ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِكُمْ بِالْكُوفَةِ
