نا مُحَمَّدٌ نا إِسْحَاقُ نا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ أَتُحَرِّمُ رَضْعَةٌ أَوْ رَضْعَتَانِ فَقَالَ مَا أَعْلَمُ الْأُخْتَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ إِلَّا حَرَامًا فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ إِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُرِيدُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُ لَا تُحَرِّمُ رَضْعَةٌ
فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ قَضَاءُ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ قَضَائِكَ وَقَضَاءِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
