نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ نا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ نا أَبُو حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجُ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ

الْكُوفِيُّ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ أُتِيَ بِالْيَمَنِ فِي مِيرَاثِ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَأُخْتَهُ فَأَعْطَى ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَأُخْتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ حَيُّ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِهِمْ
