نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْحَنَفِيُّ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ نا سَالِمٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قِيلَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ أَوْ حَامِلٌ
