نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ صَخْرٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ نا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ نا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ اشْتَرَتْ بَرِيرَةَ فَأَعْتَقَتْهَا وَاشْتَرَطُوا الْوَلَاءَ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ وَخَيَّرَهَا فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهَا عِدَّةَ الْحُرَّةِ
