نا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقُوهُسْتَانِيُّ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَاسِبٍ نا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ
