نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي الثَّلْجِ نا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبَّةَ نا غُنْدَرٌ نا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيَّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ يَقُولُ

بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي رَهْطٍ فَقَالَ أُبَايِعُكُمْ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ وَلَا تَأْتُوا بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ وَلَا تَعْصُونِي فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَمَنْ وَفَّى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا يَعْنِي فَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ فَهُوَ لَهُ طُهُورٌ وَمَنْ سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فَذَلِكَ إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ
