حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ نا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
مَنْ قَتَلَ مُتَعَمِّدًا دُفِعَ إِلَى وَلِيِّ الْمَقْتُولِ فَإِنْ شَاءُوا قَتَلُوا وَإِنْ شَاءُوا أَخَذُوا الدِّيَةَ وَهِيَ ثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً وَثَلَاثُونَ جَذَعَةً وَأَرْبَعُونَ خَلِفَةً وَمَا صَالَحُوا عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ لَهُمْ وَذَلِكَ شَدِيدُ الْعَقْلِ
