نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ زَنْجُوَيْهِ نا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ نا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

وُجِدَ فِي قَائِمِ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ كِتَابَانِ إِنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عُتُوًّا فِي الْأَرْضِ رَجُلٌ ضَرَبَ غَيْرَ ضَارِبِهِ وَرَجُلٌ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ وَرَجُلٌ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ أَهْلِ نِعْمَتِهِ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ وَبِرُسُلِهِ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا وَفِي الْآخَرِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ وَلَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ
