نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ نا زَحْمَوَيْهِ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ نا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ ؓ كَانَا يَجْعَلَانِ دِيَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ إِذَا كَانَا مُعَاهَدَيْنِ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ الْمُسْلِمِ وَكَانَ عُثْمَانُ وَمُعَاوِيَةُ لَا يُقِيدَانِ الْمُشْرِكَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِ
