نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ نَيْرُوزَ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ نا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ يَا مُخَنَّثُ فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ سَوْطًا وَإِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ يَا يَهُودِيُّ فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ
