نا الْقَاضِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ فُلَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ
أَنَّ وَلِيدَةً فِي عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَمَلَتْ مِنَ الزِّنَا فَسُئِلَتْ مَنْ أَحْبَلَكِ قَالَتْ أَحْبَلَنِي الْمَقْعَدُ فَسُئِلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَاعْتَرَفَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِنَّهُ لَضَعِيفٌ عَنِ الْجَلْدِ فَأَمَرَ بِمِائَةِ عُثْكُولٍ فَضَرَبَهُ بِهَا ضَرْبَةً وَاحِدَةً
