نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ نا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ ح وَنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الشَّامِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

ادْرَءُوا الْحُدُودَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ عَنِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُمْ لِلْمُسْلِمِ مَخْرَجًا فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُ فَإِنَّ الْإِمَامَ لَأَنْ يُخْطِئَ فِي الْعَفْوِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يُخْطِئَ فِي الْعُقُوبَةِ
