حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ نا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي
أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ خَرَجَ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ حَتَّى جَلَسَ عَلَى الْمَقَاعِدِ فَدَعَا بِوُضُوءٍ فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا وَتَمَضْمَضَ ثَلَاثًا وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلَاثًا وَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَذِرَاعَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ كُنْتُ عَلَى وُضُوءٍ وَلَكِنْ أَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ أُرِيَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَوَضَّأَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ
