ثنا دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ وَاصِلِ بْنِ أَبِي جَمِيلٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ

أَنَّ نَفَرًا اشْتَرَكُوا فِي زَرْعٍ مِنْ أَحَدِهِمُ الْأَرْضُ وَمِنَ الْآخَرِ الْفَدَّانُ وَمِنَ الْآخَرِ الْعَمَلُ وَمِنَ الْآخَرِ الْبَذْرُ فَلَمَّا طَلَعَ الزَّرْعُ ارْتَفَعُوا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَلْغَى الْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ لِصَاحِبِ الْفَدَّانِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ دِرْهَمًا وَأَعْطَى الْعَامِلَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ أَجْرًا وَجَعَلَ الْغَلَّةَ كُلَّهَا لِصَاحِبِ الْبَذْرِ
