ثنا الْقَاسِمُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ ابْنَا إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمَحَامِلِيِّ قَالَا نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا مِهْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ نا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ

لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْفَتْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَكَّةَ قِيلَ أَيْنَ تَنْزِلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فِي مَنْزِلِكُمْ قَالَ وَهَلْ تَرَكَ لَنَا عَقِيلٌ مَنْزِلًا لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ
