ثنا دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ

وَأَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ هَلَكَ وَعِنْدَهُ مَالُ امْرِئٍ بِعَيْنِهِ اقْتَضَى مِنْهُ شَيْئًا أَوْ لَمْ يَقْتَضِ فَهُوَ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ

Translation

  9. al-Nabī ﷺ
  10. And Zād Fīh

✧ And any man who dies while he has the property of another man with him in its essence, whether he collected something from him or did not collect, he is on equal footing with the creditors.
