ثنا أَبُو حَامِدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ نا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ نا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ح وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ وَالصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لَفْظُ يُونُسَ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ
