وَنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَوْطَأَ بَعِيرُهُ

أُدْحِيَّ نَعَامَةٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَأَتَى عَلِيًّا يَذْكُرُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ عَلَيْكَ فِي كُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ ضَرَبْتَ نَاقَةٌ أَوْ جَنِينُ نَاقَةٍ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهُ قَدْ قَالَ عَلِيُّ فِيهَا مَا قَالَ وَلَكِنْ هَلُمَّ إِلَى الرُّخْصَةِ عَلَيْكَ فِي كُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ صِيَامُ يَوْمٍ أَوْ إِطْعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ
