حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَكِيلُ أَبِي صَخْرَةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ ثنا رَوْحٌ ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقْرَؤُهَا وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ البقرة 184 قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَيْسَتْ بِمَنْسُوخَةٍ هُوَ الشَّيْخُ الْكَبِيرُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ لَا يَسْتَطِيعَانِ

أَنْ يَصُومَا فَيُطْعِمَا مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا وَهَذَا صَحِيحٌ
