حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ أَبُو هِشَامٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ثنا حُصَيْنٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ قَالَ خَرَجْنَا لِلْعُمْرَةِ فَلَمَّا نَزَلْنَا بَطْنَ نَخْلَةَ رَأَيْنَا الْهِلَالَ فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ هُوَ لِثَلَاثٍ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِلَيْلَتَيْنِ فَلَقِينَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ إِنَّا رَأَيْنَا الْهِلَالَ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ هُوَ لِلَيْلَتَيْنِ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِثَلَاثٍ قَالَ أَيَّ لَيْلَةٍ رَأَيْتُمُوهُ قُلْنَا لَيْلَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَقَالَ هُوَ لِلَّيْلَةِ الَّتِي

رَأَيْتُمُوهُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَدَّهُ إِلَى الرُّؤْيَةِ وَهَذَا صَحِيحٌ
