حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ الْقَطَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْأُبُلِّيُّ ثنا مِسْعَرُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ وَأَبُوعَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ
شَهِدْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ وَبِهَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى وَالِيهَا فَشَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ الْهِلَالِ هِلَالِ رَمَضَانَ فَسَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ شَهَادَتِهِ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُجِيزَهُ وَقَالَا إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ الْهِلَالِ هِلَالِ رَمَضَانَ قَالَا وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ الْإِفْطَارِ إِلَّا بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلَيْنِ
