حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخُطَبِيُّ ثنا أَبُو قَبِيصَةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُخْرِجُ صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ عَنْ كُلِّ حُرٍّ وَعَبْدٍ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى كَافِرٍ وَمُسْلِمٍ حَتَّى إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَيُخْرِجُ عَنْ مُكَاتَبِيهِ مِنْ غِلْمَانِهِ عُثْمَانُ هُوَ الْوَقَّاصِيُّ مَتْرُوكٌ
