حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ

قَالَ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ مُدَّيْنِ مِنْ قَمْحٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ شَعِيرٍ الْحُرُّ وَالْعَبْدُ فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ

Translation

✧ He said: Ata said: 'Two mudds of wheat, or a sa' of dates or barley; the free and the slave are equal in it.'
