حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ثنا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ صَائِحًا صَاحَ إِنَّ صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ حَقٌّ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى حُرٍّ أَوْ مَمْلُوكٍ حَاضِرٍ أَوْ بَادٍ مُدَّانِ مِنْ قَمْحٍ أَوْ صَاعٌ مِنْ شَعِيرٍ أَوْ تَمْرٍ
