حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَيْرُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ثنا الْأَبْيَضُ بْنُ الْأَغَرِّ حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِصَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ عَنِ الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ وَالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ مِمَّنْ تَمُونُونَ رَفَعَهُ الْقَاسِمُ وَلَيْسَ بِقَوِيٍّ وَالصَّوَابُ مَوْقُوفٌ
