حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ الَّتِي يُحْرَثُ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ شَيْءٌ
