حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ صَاعِدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَالِكِيُّ قَالَا نا بُنْدَارٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَشِّرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ قَالَا نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ثنا مَالِكٌ ح وَثنا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَوْقٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَلَّادٍ ثنا مَعْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ نا الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ قَالَا نا الشَّافِعِيُّ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتٍ
عَمَّنْ صَلَّى مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ ذَاتِ الرِّقَاعِ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ أَنَّ طَائِفَةً صَفَّتْ مَعَهُ وَطَائِفَةً تُجَاهَ الْعَدُوِّ فَصَلَّى بِالَّتِي مَعَهُ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ قَائِمًا وَأَتَمُّوا لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا وَصَفُّوا تُجَاهَ الْعَدُوِّ وَجَاءَتِ الطَّائِفَةُ الْأُخْرَى فَصَلَّى بِهِمُ الرَّكْعَةَ الَّتِي بَقِيَتْ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ جَالِسًا وَأَتَمُّوا لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ بِهِمْ وَقَالَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَتَّى أَتَمُّوا لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ بِهِمْ

وسألت أبي وأبا زرعة عن حديث رواه عبد الله العمري عن أخيه عبيد الله بن عمر عن القاسم بن محمد عن صالح بن خوات عن أبيه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في صلاة الخوف قلت ورواه أبو أويس عن يزيد بن رومان عن صالح بن خوات عن أبيه وقال مالك عن يزيد بن رومان عن صالح بن خوات عمن صلى مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال أبي هذا خطأ يقال عن صالح بن خوات عن سهل بن أبي حثمة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهذا الصحيح
machine translationI asked my father and Abū Zurʿah about a hadith narrated by ʿAbdullāh al-ʿUmarī, from his brother ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar, from al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad, from Ṣāliḥ b. Khawwāt, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ, concerning the fear prayer (ṣalāt al-khawf). I said: Abū Uways narrated it from Yazīd b. Rūmān, from Ṣāliḥ b. Khawwāt, from his father; and Mālik said, from Yazīd b. Rūmān, from Ṣāliḥ b. Khawwāt, from one who prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. My father said: This is a mistake. It is said: from Ṣāliḥ b. Khawwāt, from Sahl b. Abī Ḥathmah, from the Prophet ﷺ, and this is the sound (ṣaḥīḥ) version.
