حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْحَرْبِيُّ قَالَ

وَحَدَّثَ الشَّافِعِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ بِهَذَا نَحْوَهُ

    في إسناده داود بن الحصين وإن كان أخرجا له في الصحيحين وروى عنه مالك فقد ضعفه ابن حبان
