Sunan al-Daraqutni 1420
✧ The description of prayer while traveling, combining between two prayers without an excuse, and the description of prayer on a ship. Muhammad b. Harun Abu Hamid narrated to us, Ibrahim b. Muhammad al-Taymi narrated to us, Abdullah b. Dawud narrated to us, from a man of the people of hadith, from Ja'far b. Burqan, from Maymun b. Mihran, from b. Abbas, the like of the hadith.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَنْبَلٍ
يَقُولُ لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فِي جَابِرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ إِنَّمَا تَكَلَّمَ فِيهِ لِرَأْيِهِ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَجَابِرٌ عِنْدِي لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ وَرَأْيِهِ بَابُ تَحْلِيلُ الصَّلَاةِ التَّسْلِيمُ
Translation
✧ He says: They did not criticize Jabir in his hadith; they only criticized it for his opinion. Abu Dawud said: 'And Jabir in my view is not reliable in his hadith and his opinion. Chapter: The lawful exit from prayer is the taslim.'
