• شاذ؛ لمخالفة هشيم بن بشير أصحاب الزهري. قال الذهبي في " الميزان " ( 4 / 306 ): " كان مدلسا، وهو لين في الزهري". ورواه النسائي في "الكبرى" ( 4 / 82 ).
