Bulugh al-Maram 883

Translation

Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "No surety is allowed regarding a prescribed punishment." [Reported by al-Baihaqi with a Da'if (weak) chain of narrators].

• منكر. رواه البيهقي ( 6 / 77 ) وقال: " إسناده ضعيف. تفرد به بقية، عن أبي محمد؛ عمر بن أبي عمر الكلاعي، وهو من مشايخ بقية المجهولين، ورواياته منكرة ".

• رَوَاهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ بِإِسْنَادٍ ضَعِيفٍ.
