✧ A man from the Ansar disputed with al-Zubayr b. al-Awwam about the streams of the Harrah with which they irrigated the palm trees. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Irrigate, O Zubayr, then release the water to your neighbor." The Ansari became angry and said: "You judged in his favor because he is your aunt's son?" The face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ changed color, then he said: "O Zubayr, irrigate, then withhold the water until it reaches the walls." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave al-Zubayr his full right. Al-Zubayr said: "I think the verse was revealed about that: 'But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge concerning what arises between them' (Quran 4:65)."
