✧ What 'Abd al-Rahman al-A'raj narrated from Abu Hurayrah

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ: نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ: كَانَ بَيْنَ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ بَعْضَ مَا يَكُونُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

دَعُوا لِي أَصْحَابِي، فَإِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ لَوْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ
