✧ Adam met Musa, and Musa said to him a word that escaped Abu Bakr al-Bazzar. Adam said to him: 'Are you Musa whom Allah gave the Torah?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'By how much do you find the Torah was written before my creation?' Musa said: 'By such and such.' Adam said: 'Do you not find in it my sin?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Then do you blame me for something Allah decreed upon me before my creation?' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'So Adam confuted Musa.'
