قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَثْمَةَ قَالَ: نَا مُوسَى بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرَاهِيجَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَبْدُكَ وَخَلِيلُكَ، دَعَاكَ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ أَنْ تُبَارِكَ لَهُمْ فِي صَاعِهِمْ وَمُدِّهِمْ، وَإِنِّي عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ أَدْعُوكَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ بِمَا دَعَاكَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ أَنْ تُبَارِكَ لَهُمْ فِي صَاعِهِمْ وَمُدِّهِمْ مِثْلَ مَا بَارَكْتَ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ فِي صَاعِهِمْ وَمُدِّهِمْ

✧ O God, indeed Ibrahim is Your servant and Your friend. He called upon You for the people of Makkah to bless their sa' and their mudd. Indeed I am Your servant and Your messenger, and I call upon You for the people of Madinah with what Ibrahim called upon You for the people of Makkah: to bless their sa' and their mudd, just as You blessed the people of Makkah in their sa' and their mudd.
