✧ Whoever heads for this House from unlawful earnings, he has set out in disobedience to Allah. When he enters ihram and places his foot in the stirrup and his mount sets off with him, and he says: Labbayk, O Allah, labbayk, a caller from the sky calls out to him: No labbayk and no sa'dayk; your earning is unlawful, your provision is unlawful, and your mount is unlawful. Return burdened with sin, not rewarded, and receive news of what will grieve you. But when a man goes out for Hajj with lawful wealth, places his foot in the stirrup, and his mount sets off with him, and he says: Labbayk, O Allah, labbayk, a caller from the sky calls out to him: Labbayk and sa'dayk, I have answered you. Your mount is lawful, your clothes are lawful, and your provision is lawful. Return rewarded, not burdened with sin, and receive news of what will delight you.
