حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ قَالَا: نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ: نَا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ عِمْرَانَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ، وَعَنْ حِمَارِ - أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ: - الْإِنْسِيِّ، وَعَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَالْخُلْسَةِ وَالنُّهْبَةِ وَقَالَ: مَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ فَلَا يَقْرَبْنَا فِي مَسْجِدِنَا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade every fanged beast of prey, and he forbade the domestic donkey - I think he said: - and he forbade al-mujaththama (animals tied up and shot), al-khulsah (snatching), and al-nuhbah (plundering). And he said: "Whoever eats from this tree should not come near us in our mosque."
