8388 8383 - وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ قَزَعَةَ قَالَ:
نَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِهِ. وَلَا نَعْلَمُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، وَلَا نَسْمَعُهُ إِلَّا مِنَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قَزَعَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ جَمَعَهُمَا
Translation
Chain of narrators
- al-Ḥasan b. Qazaʿah
✧ Humayd b. al-Aswad narrated to us from Ibn ‘Ajlan, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet ﷺ, something similar. We do not know of this hadith being reported from Ibn ‘Ajlan except through this route, and we have not heard it except from al-Hasan b. Qaza‘ah from Humayd, combining the two.
