Musnad al-Bazzar 7973

Translation

✧ Perform wudu from what the fire has changed, even if from a piece of dried curd. Ibn Abbas said: O Abu Hurayrah, should we perform wudu with hot water after it has boiled on the fire, and with oil after it has been cooked on the fire? He said: O son of my brother, when you hear a hadith being narrated from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, do not strike examples for it.
