✧ What Sa'id b. al-Musayyib narrated from Abu Hurayra

حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْقَاهِرِ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ: نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ:

نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النَّمْلَةِ وَالنَّحْلَةِ وَالصُّرَدِ وَالْهُدْهُدِ، وَرُبَّمَا سَكَتَ عَنِ الرَّابِعِ

    وهذا الحديث لا نعلم أحدا رواه عن الزهري عن سعيد عن أبي هريرة إلا سليمان بن أبي سليمان ولا نعلمه يروى عن أبي هريرة إلا من هذا الوجه وقد خولف في إسناده فرواه ابن جريج عن الزهري عن سليمان بن يسار عن ابن عباس ورواه غيره عن ابن جريج عن الزهري عن عبيد الله عن ابن عباس وحديث ابن جريج أحسن ما يروى في ذلك وأحسب أن سليمان بن أرقم وهو لين الحديث
