نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا شُعْبَةُ، أَنَا قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ:
جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ ؟ قَالَ: وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا ؟ قَالَ: مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ، فَمَا رَأَيْتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَرِحُوا بِشَيْءٍ بَعْدَ الْإِسْلَامِ، أَشَدَّ فَرَحًا مِنْهُمْ بِقَوْلِهِ
Translation

✧ A Bedouin came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of God, when is the Hour?' He said, 'And what have you prepared for it?' He replied, 'I have not prepared for it except that I love God and His Messenger.' The Messenger of God ﷺ said, 'Then you will be with those you love.' I never saw the Muslims rejoice over anything after Islam as much as they rejoiced over his saying.
