وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ;

Translation

✧ A funeral procession passed by the Prophet ﷺ and they praised it with good, so he said: 'It has become incumbent.' Then another funeral procession passed by and they praised it with evil, so he said: 'It has become incumbent.' 'Umar said: 'O Messenger of Allah, you said for the first: It has become incumbent, and you said for the other: It has become incumbent?' He said: 'As for the first, Paradise became incumbent for him, and as for the other, the Fire became incumbent for him. You are Allah's witnesses on earth.'
