حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، نَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، نَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ:

بُعِثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً، فَمَكَثَ بِمَكَّةَ عَشْرًا، وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرًا، وَتُوُفِّيَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سِتِّينَ وَلَيْسَ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ عِشْرُونَ شَعَرَةً بَيْضَاءَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sent when he was forty years old. He remained in Makkah for ten years and in Madinah for ten years, and he passed away when he was sixty years old, and there were not twenty white hairs in his head and beard.
