✧ The Prophet ﷺ said to me during the illness in which he died: 'Give permission for the people to enter upon me.' So I did. Then he said: 'May Allah curse the people who took the graves of their prophets as places of worship.' Then he fell unconscious. When he regained consciousness, he said: 'O Ali, give permission for the people to enter upon me.' So I permitted the people to enter. Then he said: 'May Allah curse the people who took the graves of their prophets as a place of worship.' He said it three times during his illness.
