وَحَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَعْيَنَ، نَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ مَالَهُ عِنْدَ- يَعْنِي: عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ - بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ

Translation
