حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا: نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، نَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

كَانَ النَّاسُ يَرَوْنَ الرُّؤْيَا فَيَقُصُّونَهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَرَى رُؤْيَاكُمْ قَدْ تَوَاطَأَتْ عَلَى السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ، فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مُتَحَرِّيهَا فَلْيَتَحَرَّهَا فِي السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ

Translation

✧ People used to see dreams and relate them to the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I see that your dreams have concurred on the last seven nights, so whoever among you is seeking it, let him seek it in the last seven nights.
