وَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، نَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَفْظُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا نَخْلٍ بِيعَتِ أُصُولُهَا فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
Translation

✧ Any palm trees whose trunks are sold, their fruit belongs to the one who pollinated them, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.
