وَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا شُفْعَةَ لِغَائِبٍ وَلَا لِصَغِيرٍ، وَالشُّفْعَةُ كَحَلِّ الْعِقَالِ
