✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to them while they were in a gathering, or in the mosque, and said: 'Shall I tell you of the best of people in condition?' We said: 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'A man holding the rein of his horse in jihad in the path of Allah until he dies or is killed. Shall I tell you of the one who comes next? A man secluded in a mountain pass who establishes prayer, gives zakah, and secludes himself from the evils of people. Shall I tell you of the worst of people? The one who is asked by Allah but does not give by Him.'
